Hello! My name is Tyler Pereira and this is the official website for TaCo-mputer! Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, I aim to make buying a custom built computer easy and affordable.
You may be asking: Why not buy a PC from BestBuy or Staples? First off, they add a ton of bloatware (extra programs that can hinder your performance), such as Norton Security software, or AVG. I, however only put chrome so that you can have the freedom to install any program you would like! Second, they will try and sell you computers that do not have that much performance as advertised. For example, someone might try and sell you a gaming computer with a good graphics card, but bad processor. And finally, most of the computers built at large brand stores put little care into trying to make your computer look nice and ready to use. My goal is to have great cable management and make sure nothing is out of place.
Usually I get paid by taking special rebates from the parts I order. However, if there are no rebates available, I will take money away from the original amount paid.
You will get an invoice containing how much each part cost, a small checklist on what you should download and what you should watch out for when first getting your computer, and any accessories that you have bought.
It is simply just Taco and Computer mushed together to make TaCo-mputer!
